Armstrong Lazenby
Armstrong grew up competing — national-level speed skating, training with the Victorian and Australian Institutes of Sport. He was selected for season 2 of Australian Ninja Warrior, which he describes as the most physically demanding moment of his career. Every sport taught him the same thing: never leave anything behind.
That standard drives every coaching program. After more than 10 years working with clients in Melbourne — and now in Hobart — the method stays the same: science-based fat loss, progressive strength training, and a results guarantee behind every promise. The average client loses 5 kg in 42 days. Many lose considerably more.
